please help with Rustock.gen removal

Hi, hoping you can help. I'm receiving messages our computer is infected with the Rustock.gen trojan. Windows/microsoft defender and malware removal tools have not quarrentined or cleansed the virus. Not sure what to do. I did run your scan. and I did click fix (nothing checked) and I did click analyize this for files that had "cloak". Then I read your directions. so sorry-but wasn't warned upfront. Below is my log I ran. I'd deeply appreciate any help you can provide. We believe this came from either an email or myspace.
