Spam e-mail from Yahoo! account - Subject "Hey!"

Hello,
It's the first time I post a topic for this matter and please forgive me if my explanation or details are not sufficient. I'll do my best to provide all the necessary information.
Since a few weeks, when I login into my e-mail account, randomly, a mail is automatically generated and sent to all the contacts. The text is the following:
hi
Heya, how are you doing recently ? I would like to introduce you a very good company which I knew. Their company web:www.beltals.com/ They can offer you all kinds of electronical products which you need, such as motorcycles, laptops, mobile phones, digial cameras, TV LCD,xbox, ps3, gps, MP3/4, etc. Please take some time to have a look at it, there must be something you 'd like to purchase.
Hope you have a good mood in shopping from their company!

I have scanned my PCs (1 at work and 2 home) with Avast! and AVG, both free editions. Some files downloaded via P2P seemed to be infected and I removed them (but were old, still zipped and never opened).
It look like everything was ok, but it happened again. I thought I spotted one of my home PCs to be related with the problem. I reinstalled the OS.
Thought it was ok, but then again it happened after a couple weeks.
Now, I have changed my login password to Yahoo!, deleted all the contacts and feel a bit desperate. Avast! does not find any problem.
Anybody can help? Thank you very much.
