So a few days ago my computer would keep restarting in normal mode after about two minutes everytime and still does it
my dad has tried helping me get rid of something called dumprep
no matter how many things we tried it still hasn't worked
we tried MSconfig, and a few other things
but i think i need some serious help because it's not going away at all

That sounds like heat problems to me.

Have you lately checked CPU temperature?
