Please help,

My system is infected with something but I don't know what.

I try to ran combofix but it is giving me an error saying "Window can not find 32788r22fwjfw\n.com ...." and "window can not find 32788r22fwjfw\hidec.exe ...." I'm ran combofix as an Administrator
