You'd think I would have learned my lesson a couple months ago... *sigh*. No noticeable problems other than the computer running insanely slow. My McAfee Antivirus wasn't picking anything up, but apparently after running Kaspersky it showed a couple of things. A quarantined thing called Not-a-virus:Adware and Trojan.win32.patched. Here is my HijackThis log. Thanks in advance (again).

In order for someone to analyze your HijackThis log, you must post the entire log, first line through last. The log you have posted has a good part of the lower section missing, which includes important information about your computer. You will need to provide us with a complete HijackThis log before we can help you. Please follow the guideline at the link below to start a new topic and post your HijackThis log.
