Virus has messed my computet up

Unread postby xk8ping2 » June 3rd, 2009, 9:02 am

All at once a number of things went wrong. A number of my programs quit working such as trying to read Adobe PDFs and my also my AutoCAD. I know its running in the process list but never comes up and is displayed.

Clicking on a Google search url would produce a hijack to a website by WINDOWSLICK.com

I can not run system restore or disk defrag. and eventually the cpu gets up to 100% and the comuter hangs.

I downloaded Kaspersky malware software. It caught a lot of the junk on here. Now every time I start my machine it finds the same virus and seems to not get rid of it perminently. Its called: RootKit.Win32.TDSS.a
