Blank web page removal

Unread postby Granny J » June 2nd, 2009, 10:15 pm

Please can someone help me? I am blessed with some foul play namely a blank web page. I have found Trend Secure on the web and they guided me to ask for support, my choice was your good selves MalWare Removal.com. I also joined your merry band by signing up. I was not aware of hijacking. It has prevented my connections with my server Firefox when I start up (states it has crashed etc), and I am not sure if you need to know, I use a wireless connection and when I need another website it trys to force me to use a land line, so I cannot connect or proceed even though my wirless is activated.
I hope you can understand my problem It is very late for me I am usually in bed 3 hours ago so please forgive Granny J's time keeping. This is the log I saved
I thank you for any advice you can offer.
Granny J
