I just recently started exhibiting problems with my computer. When all windows were closed, I would start getting audio from the internet. When I opened task manager to see what was running, I saw a program called 10150.exe*32. When I ended this process the audio quit. I did an internet search on this file and saw that it was noted as spyware/malware. I found the file on my hard drive and tried deleting it, but I kept getting the message I did not have access. I am running Trend Micro internet security pro, and it does not seem to detect it. I found your website during my search on how to remove it. I would appreciate any help you can offer.

I see from your HJT log that you're using a 64 bit operating system.

Unfortunately, the tools we use to analyze and remove infections do not work properly on a 64 bit operating system, and their results cannot be relied upon. Because of this, it is almost impossible for us to correctly diagnose problems, and the fixes we might offer could potentially do as much damage to your computer as any infection you might have.

Due to the above stated reasons, we do not at this time offer support for 64 bit operating systems. We are sorry that we are currently unable to assist you.
