Along with posting the link to my original post, I wanted to add additional info that is occurring along side with what I already listed previously...
Other things are being affected as well...for example...
Cant open up ITunes on the computer, youtube.com will not open, netflix.com will not open, when searching on google.com there are strange results mixed with the normal results and even the normal results sometimes take you to random pages. IE hangs and wont open different things... It also sometimes freezes... Everything is running slower than normal as well. (I've cleaned temp files, defragmented, deleted cookies, full system scan with Trend Micro; everything that I could think of.)
It seems like anything related to media is greatly affected...both online and offline....
I know you all are probably really busy, but any help would be greatly appreciated...
