Backdoor Tidserv or trojan and nothing helps...

Unread postby Anastasiya N » May 21st, 2009, 11:38 am

Hi, I have read and checked a lot of forums about the removal of the backdoor trojans and it seems that nothing works.

I have symantic and when io run it it detect a file with virus and delits it and then i restart computer and run it again and it finds another file usually int he same place but with different name and the cycle repeats....

I tried to look for a specific files in my registry but I didnt find any that contained 'tdss'
I also already have turned off the system restore and installed Malwarebytes( by saving it to usb and then transferring to my infected computer) but I am not able to run it because the virus has blocked my access to the internet.

Are there any other anti virus programs that I can run that do not require internet access on my computer?
Or any other ways to get rid of the virus would be great to.

Please HELP!

thank you
