Need help with infection. Internet Popups, Sound CardProblem

Unread postby thrownawaykyle » April 22nd, 2009, 8:21 pm

Hello! Recently I started getting popups on my computer to random internet advertizements. I figured I had spyware or something but the problem is now getting much worse. My sound card is no longer recognized by the computer. When I start up a game on the computer I still hear sound, but on the internet there is no sound and there is not even a volume control to where i can mute, etc. I need some help getting the virus or whatever it is, out of my system. I especially need my sound to work.

Here is a Hijackthis Log.
