I can type in site addresses and it will take me there, but whenever I click on a link it redirects to some random page. Oftentimes its things like Crushed videos, but I've gotten links to Youtube, Yellow Pages, Latina.com, and other random sites.

Rename HijackThis.exe to Micanthropyre.exe and post back a fresh hijackthis log.
