Hello,
I've been having weird things happening lately and I've been trying to figure out what it is and I've come across different forums via google about csrss.exe and winlogon.exe The thing is I have two csrss.exe running when I open task manager and one of them is 4 times bigger than the other and apparently there are others having this problem. Other problems I'm having include when I'm on firefox just browsing around my page starts reloading over and over again and the cursor blinks and my icons on my desktop will blink and it won't stop until I open up task manager and end firefox and if I don't then my task manager cpu spikes. It's really odd. And I notice that when this happens the only other programs on my task manager that are using CPU is one of the two csrss.exe files. Here is my HJT log:

And Also understand that I've never done this stuff before so If you could explain things really simply for me that would be great. Thank you!

And Also when I ran hijackthis scan it told me it was denied access to the hosts file if that is of any importance?
