Hello,

-

When we're done cleaning off your system, I'd recommend that you install all the Critical Windows Updates available from Microsoft, up to Service Pack 1. This will help to make your system more secure and prevent many 'problems' from reoccuring in the future.

===============

Right click http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/DelDomains.inf and select "Save Target As" to download WinHelp2002's DelDomains.inf. Please save the file somewhere you can find it like on the desktop. To run the inf file, right click on it and select Install.

Reboot to Safe Mode.

===============

Run CWShredder that you downloaded when Midnight Star was helping you.

Click "Fix ->"

===============

Still in safe mode....Run About:Buster that you downloaded when Midnight Star was helping you.

1. Click "Start".

(Wait for the initial ADS scan to complete.)

2. Click "Yes", to shutdown any IE session currently open.

(Wait for the about:blank scan to complete.)

3. Click "Ok", to scan once more.
4. Click "Yes", to shutdown any IE sessions currently open.
5. Click "Yes", to begin the second pass.

6. Click "Save log", and post this log back along with your new log.
7. Click "Exit".
8. Click "Exit".

Run HiJackThis and click "Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://www.exactsearch.net/sidesearch

O4 - Global Startup: LimeWire 4.2.5.lnk = C:\Program Files\LimeWire\LimeWire 4.2.5\LimeWire.exe
O4 - Global Startup: TFTP3732

O15 - Trusted Zone: *.frame.crazywinnings.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.static.topconverting.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.frame.crazywinnings.com (HKLM)
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.static.topconverting.com (HKLM)
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.xxxtoolbar.com (HKLM)
O15 - Trusted IP range: 206.161.125.149
O15 - Trusted IP range: 206.161.124.130 (HKLM)
O15 - ProtocolDefaults: 'http' protocol is in Trusted Zone, should be Internet Zone
O15 - ProtocolDefaults: 'http' protocol is in Trusted Zone, should be Internet Zone (HKLM)

O16 - DPF: {435583D3-F647-4943-BB40-B0D64CB02718} (Snapfish File Upload ActiveX Control) - http://www.snapfish.com/SnapfishUpload.cab

Now, with all windows closed except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

===============

Locate and delete the following item(s), if present. Make sure your able to view system and hidden files/ folders:

folders...

C:\Program Files\LimeWire

-

Note that some of these file(s) may or may not be present.

Reboot to Normal Mode.

===============

Then Download System Security Suite. Extract it from the zip file into a folder.
http://www.igorshpak.net/software/3ssetup104.zip
Under "items to clear" click all. Then click "clear selected items"

===============

Post back a new log, and let me know how everything goes.

Thanks. I cannot download Service Pack 1 or 2 becuase it says it is an invalid key code. The IT guy at my old company installed the Windows for me, so I guess it is a "marked" key code. Any other way to do this?

I ran Hijack this, but it would not let me remove

O4 - Global Startup: TFTP3732

It said it was running and to shut it down with task manager and try to remove again. But I could not find anything in task manager resembling this.

Here are the new logs, thanks again for the help. All the popups and problems with internet explorer are driving me crazy.
