Hi,
When i am checking use HijackThis i found there is 2 Explorer.EXE. Is that a problem?

We are sorry that you have waited so long for assistance. As you can see, we are very busy as are all the help sites.

No, it is not a problem that you have two entries for Explorer.EXE running. It simply means you have two instances of Windows Explorer open.

If you require further help, you will need to remove all P2P software from your system as it is the policy of this site that we do not assist with computers on which peer-to-peer software is installed. If you do require further assistance, please remove the peer-to-peer software from your computer, open a new topic, and post a fresh HijackThis log in that topic.
