As with most malware removal help forums, we see more victims of infections than we have volunteers. Although at times the task is daunting, our helpers do their best to attend to all.

If you do not receive an answer after 72 hours (three days) you can help out by letting us know by posting in the The 72 hour bump room. If you still require help, please do this in order to avoid your topic being archived.

Be sure to include a link to your original post. Just the link please, we don't want HJT logs posted in the 72 hour bump room. If your helper wants a new log they'll ask you for one.

Please do not post in the 72 hour bump room with a link to an archived topic. If your topic has been archived, you will need to open a new topic in the Malware Removal room and post a fresh HijackThis log in that new topic. Archived topics will not be reopened.

Due to a lack of response, this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
