virus on computer

Unread postby dlbuckman » February 14th, 2009, 3:15 pm

Hello from California!

I have a virus that spybot continues to block. I have already used spyware doctor, it cleaned out some stuff, however there are a few programs that continue to attempt to load.
they are kcoqiye.dll, and cogad in registry changes.

When turning on the computer, it tells me that the google installer encountered an error when trying to load.

I also am not able to connect to internet. the wireless connection shows good, and I can get online through another computer (which is how I am able to write to you), but when I click on the icons, they do not load either firefox or IE.

HELP! Thank you so much.
