Hi, when I turn on my pc I get a notice from my internet provider, earthlink, that I have a virus called 1102.tmp.exe, it shows up in a small box with on top earthlink protection control center alert, with status:none. And it repeats itself many times, so I have to click on it repeatedly to get rid of it. When I ran a scan by earthlink, it does not find this virus, I contacted earthlink and they sent me to this forum, can you help?
