Homepage keeps getting hijacked. Malware?

Hi guys,
Hope you can help me out.
When i open internet explorer,instead of my homepage coming on,I get a screen with a message saying: 'insecure internet activity-threat of virus attack'.
I get the option to either 'get protected'(clicking this opens a link to an anti virus programme called 'perfect defender 2009),or the option to 'continue un protected'(clicking this just refreshes the current page.) I get this when i try to access yahoo(my homepage) and for some reason google as well.
Ive ran numerous full scans with AVG and Malwarebytes antimalware,with no joy.

Download and Run RSIT

• Please download Random's System Information Tool by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open:
  
  • log.txt will be opened maximized.
  • info.txt will be opened minimized.
• Please post the contents of both log.txt and info.txt.
