hi

I appear to have a virus.
I have tried to fix using SDFix,which has cleared some but not all of the virus.
I am stuck now and really don't know how to clear the final bit.
The taskbar still states VIRUS ALERT! so i know that it has not gone compleatly.
Please see tha final SDFix log below.

I would be extreamly greatful if you can help me out.
