HijackThis log posted - ActiveX warning

My post at
viewtopic.php?f=11&t=38976
hasn't had any response since I posted it on Monday. I am presuming that I have Malware that somehow triggers the ActiveX warning and hope that the HijackThis log that I posted will shed some light on the situation.

Thanks,

Neil
