I saw strange windows re: viruses popping up when I clicked on a site for Strawberry Shortcake Dolls (sorry - did not write down which one), and did not believe they were really coming from my machine. I immediately ran a sweep with Webroot Antivirus and Anti Spyware which caught the "Mal/FakeAvJs-A (threat marked always ignore)" in it's Items detected window.

I have attached the Hijack log. Did I catch this in time to prevent it from insinuating itself into my new computer?

Thanks
