Dear good samaritan- pls help on the virus problem, Got it after i plugged in a new sandisk 16GB pendrive with cruzersunc installed.
Using HP compaq PC with WinXP sp2, 2 error messages are- 1) on every windows start "data execution prevention" and "windows explorer will close" and "dr.watson needs to close". also noted foll file- "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033\NT\kkkfucku.exe"
sometimes windows freeze and i need to log off and log on, sometimes it loads up personalised settings and seems ok.
also error message during working every 5 minutes- "sdsxd.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
I have today disabled the system restore option in my computer- properties. Thanks for helping. i have read your site rules to follow.

Due to lack of response, this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
