I ran a virus scan using F-Secure and it found a riskaware file which the antivirus software couldn't clean. I tried to download two different types of spyware removal software but the d/l kept freezing. Also when on a webpage earlier, lots of new tabs kept opening on the browser page.
I would be very grateful if somebody could find a solution from my log. Thanks.

Due to lack of Response this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
