Please HELP

I think is a Trojan attacked.

Svchost.exe error & Dll files errors

Installed an Adobe Illustrator free trail version… things start going bad. Uninstalled it and it almost stalled the computer.
Cannot perform “SYSTEM RESTORE”

Able to access some websites but cannot display any artwork/picture/graphic.
Cannot access some websites and say “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”, and installed Firefox and it says “Fail to connect” on some websites (example cannot go to http://www.malwareremoval.com)

Malwarebytes’s Anti-Malware virus program cannot be run/open.
McAfee has error messages … unable to complete scan.

When trying to shut off Windows …. There is a Spyware Guard 2008 program running in the background that needs to be “END NOW”
