Hello 24T,

Your HijackThis log, is messed up. This is caused by having Word Wrap checked.

1. Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > Notepad
2. On the menu bar in Notepad select Format and click on WordWrap so it appears un-checked.

Post again a new HijackThis log.

What if G:\ Drive? Is it an extra Hard drive, or a portable one?
I see many infected folders in it.
If you have any illegal programs, cracks, keygens, please remove them.

Do these have something to do with your ISP?

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Toolbar\RealBar.dll
G:\File Store\Backups\Personal\Two4Tea\Two4Tea on Spike.bkf
G:\File Store\DarkNet Master Archive\Fujitsu\DVD's Leaving Fujitsu\DVD 3\NealeTJ\Angel 2003 0115.zip
----------------------------------------------
Do you know what are these? If of no use remove them too:

G:\File Store\DarkNet Master Archive\Fujitsu\DVD's Leaving Fujitsu\DVD 2\Downloads\Fleet SAH 2 READY TO TRANSMIT\setiathome-3.08.i386-winnt-cmdline.exe
G:\File Store\DarkNet Master Archive\Fujitsu\DVD's Leaving Fujitsu\DVD 2\Downloads\setiathome-3.08.i386-winnt-cmdline.exe
----------------------------------------------
You can remove this if you don't need it as well:

G:\File Store\DarkNet Master Archive\Fujitsu\DVD's Leaving Fujitsu\DVD 2\Downloads\MakeMsi.zip
----------------------------------------------
Now i need to to empty all your Outlook express folders, as some emails are infected, empty the delete folder too.

C:\Documents and Settings\Two4Tea\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook << empty this folder too.

You have infected emails in your G:\ driver under Tim Neale user, so they must all be removed, you will find them here:

G:\File Store\DarkNet Master Archive\Outlook\Tim Neale << In this Folder.
----------------------------------------------
When you are done, run Kaspersky and post back the report.
Let me know if you kept some and which ones.
