PC reboots when clicking AOL "Read Mail"

Hello-

My machine is occasionally rebooting when I click on the "Read Mail" icon in my AOL software. I cannot detect a pattern of what causes it to occur. Could it be malware caused? HijackThis log is posted below. Many thanks!

Hi Turtlegreen,

I can't see any malware in your HijackThis log. That doesn't guarantee your machine is clean, but it's a good sign. If you have had no warnings from your protection software, and the only symptom is the one you report, I would say the problem is not likely to be malware-related.

For non-malware-related problems, I recommend you try posting at a general troubleshooting forum like WhatTheTech or PC Pitstop. The experts at these forums specialize in this type of problem so you will be in good hands.

If you wish to have a closer look for malware, then let me know and we will perform some checks.
