Websites won't work/Very slow to connect

Since Saturday I have struggled to access my homepage and a shedful of other websites for As this has happened before to me I blamed the problem on the server.

However this was two days ago and any problems with the server are put right in a few hours. I am still not sure if it is the server, but I can access some websites, however they either:

1. Load up but take a while (2 mins)
2. Don't load up first time, but do when page is refreshed a couple of times (how I accessed this website)
3. Don't show at all

I have a Belkin Modem/Router (FD7632-4) and have reset factory defaults and re-ran the wizard, but still no improvements. This is also occurring on my laptop, which is connected wirelessly to the router. I am not sure if this problem is linked with a malware infection so my HJT log is below:

I've had a look at your HijackThis log and can't see any signs of malware, that doesn't guarantee your machine is clean but it's a good sign.

The symptoms you report don't sound malware-related, but if you are still concerned about malware infection or you have other reasons to suspect this, then we can take a closer look at your machine.

If you have no particular reason to suspect malware, you have not received any warnings from your security software and your machine is otherwise working fine, then I'd say the problem is likely to be non-malware related. In this case I would suggest posting on a general troubleshooting forum such as WhatTheTech or PC Pitstop. The experts at these forums specialize in handling problems like this so you are certain to get expert assistance and a speedy resolution is very likely.
