The Malware Removal room is intended for the use of regular members, not students. Students needing help should post their log in room 06, the Shadow Board, after reading the instructions for getting help with your own log.

Do not attempt to work on your log at more than one site. Such an attempt would be ill-advised and a risk to your system as well as tying up the time of two helpers, and is not considered to be acceptable behavior.
