Hello all,
TIA for your help with my infestations. This is the log for my Dell laptop. In the next post I include my micronPC. Both have problems. I have now installed PC Tools internet security and used the malware detective. I also have that log if that helps. The first obvious sign, other than slow in retrospect, was window media player wanting networking enabled with the label sergy pc.
Again, thanks
P

Welcome to the Malware removal Forums. Since it has been a few days since you scanned your computer with HijackThis, please post a new HijackThis Log. Thank you for your patience.

If you have already posted this log at another forum or if you decide to seek help at another forum, please let us know. There is a shortage of helpers and taking the time of two volunteer helpers means that someone else may not be helped.

Due to lack of response, this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
