My computer appears to be hacked by some malware. It's hidden, and I can't find it.

Every time I open a file (via windows+e) it shows me a warning and opens up a website: hxxp:// free-viruscan.com/id/4912933/4/1/. How can I get rid of it?

In order for someone to assist you, you will need to post a HijackThis log. If you still need help, please read the following instructions and then start a new topic and post your HijackThis log in that topic and wait for a response from a helper. Do not reply to your own topic until you have received a response.
