Am I Clean?

Unread postby gman33 » June 26th, 2008, 12:53 pm

Hi,

I have been trying to cleanup a relatives computer and so far I have installed Avira AntiVir and Spybot and run both. They each found and cleaned a few things, but I'm still not sure this system is 100% clean. I would appriciate it if you could have a look at this log and share your opinion.

Thanks,
Glen

Hi gman33

Download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) to your Desktop. Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges.
  1. Close all applications and windows.
  2. Double-click on dss.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
  3. When the scan is complete, two text files will open - main.txt <- this one will be maximized and extra.txt<-this one will be minimized
  4. Copy (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of main.txt and the extra.txt to your post.

Due to Lack of response this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
