HJT log -- help is appreciated

I've been dealing with escallating email spam issues. I get 200/day. My email address shows up in the recipients address (and sometimes senders) with a spam email on other's computers in the office often. today I got a ton of system administrator undeliverable messages which indicated my PC was sending out spam. several subjects in the undeliverable subject were in russian. I was emailing one engineer in russia last week about business so that must be the russian connection. as you can see from my log I use and have tried mcaffee, spybot, ad-aware, and just started running avira and avast today. I have no idea if my computer is a bot or what. would this log help find the issue?

Is this computer in a work place ?

If it is, then there may be legitimate software or settings on it that we would remove as suspected malware.


AntiVirus
You have several AV's running
First you should know that you're actually doing more harm than good by running more than one Anti Virus program.
When you do this the programs compete for resources, and the end result is none does it's best and can cause system instability.
I recommend that you choose one that you want to keep.
The other/s I would either uninstall, or disable from startup and use as "on demand" for an occasional scan.

Also, please note that almost all "free" security software is only free for home/private users
