Trombone log - can't receive email

Unread postby trombone » April 9th, 2008, 4:53 pm

Along with the sporadic internet connection, I can send but not receive emails. Everything I could find associated with the software has been removed. Spybot, SpySweeper, system restored to a point prior to downloading hijackthis...all to no avail. I clicked "analyze" before I read the warning not to click "analyze". Not the wisest click of the mouse. I can do an end run through RR WebMail to check emails but surely would like to go back to the old way.

There is probably a better way but this link will take you to my original post:

I appreciate your expertise.
