Bombarded by Constant IE Popups, Problem Getting Worse!

Hi, new to the forums, but thought I would post to see if anyone could possibly help me out with this. I currently only use Firefox as my default browser, and do not use IE at all. I get constant IE pop ups every few seconds, and have tried spybot, ad aware, and numerous other spyware removal tools to no avail. Every time I run spybot or ad aware it comes up with the same things every time, and every time I remove them they come right back, and this doesn't help with the IE popups whatsoever. Here is my hijackthis log listed below, please if anyone can help with this it would be very much appreciated, as this problem keeps getting worse...
