emotigt malware and others

Hello,
I somehow downloaded an emotigt toolbar which is malware. I removed most of the problem with CCleaner and I have ran Norton Internet Security 2008 and Ad-aware 2007 and they didn't find anything wrong. However, I am still having some problems with IE7 and a pop-up that says I need to download anti-spyware software (which I believe is the SXG Advisor shown in the Hijack This log).

Your HijackThis log, is messed up, thus unreadable. This is caused by having Word Wrap checked.

1. Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > Notepad
2. On the menu bar in Notepad select Format and click on WordWrap so it appears un-checked.
