Hi MegaS

I don't see anything bad there.

How long are those loading times?

Hi

Do you mean that it takes 1 minute that icons are in task bar?

Those programs might have loaded earlier.

I recommend that you boot and open task manager and look if corresponding processes appear there before 1 minute has gone.

True Vector proces from ZoneAlarm keeps loading for 1 minute, and while he loads nod32 is also trying to load but cant.
But just as truevector is finished (goes down on cpu time) loading, nod 32 is done also, so its's like truevector is somehow halting nod.
All that time nod splash screen is standing and when its finished it just adds a database number and loads.

Hi

If you don't have NAT/hardware firewall, you may consider replacing ZoneAlarm with some other firewall in order to see if that is ZA related problem.

Of course you can first try to uninstall ZA and re-install its latest version.
