Help it's been I haven't had a reply since I posted on 1-30 and I really need a hand... I am sorry for being a pain...

I have installed and run CClean, Spybot S&D, Webroot Spysweeper, PCtools SpyDoctor, and CA internet Security Suite. I keep coming up with Virtumonde, cydoor and several others that were of medium level on all of them. I currently have a memory leak - (The instruction at "0x7588ba9b" referenced memory at "0x00000000".The memory could not be "written".) and occasionally on line I end up with the ndis.sys bluescreen. I need help as soon as humanly possible. My CPU is horrible right now and I am very aggravated at it...please help me. Thanks in advance... Here is my HJT Log:

i posted originally on 2/4, or 5 and have not recieved a reply yet. i also sent an updated log which showed some of the changes my computer has undergone. i have over 30,000 temp. files marked application and mcafee has quarantined atleast 1500 attempts of virus invasion. i have run webroot spysweeper..it lists enbrowser and two traces adware. mcafee says i have New Win virus. God only knows what that is. i've tried Vundo fix, trojan remover, trojan hunter, housecall, windows live one care and a-squared all to no avail. Help Obi Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope :bounce: addendum: it is now 8:30pm, U.S.A. eastern standard time and whatever has infected my computer has replicated to 30Gb's and counting. my hard drive is crashing more frequently and i need to either wipe my hard drive clean and start all over or this system will die. please help before it is too late. i know that you're busy but at least point me in the right direction as everything that i have tried on my own isn't working. mcafee know has quarantined files numbering up to MCQ99869951. i don't know what these numbers represent, but it takes 45 minutes for webroot, trojanhunter and trojan remover to move past these files before it speeds up again, i'm begging now. please help me help myself......btw, i believe this started when i upgraded messenger and ie7. one of those files did this to me, i'm just not sure which one
