Possible infection (maybe keylogger)

Hey, I did many spyware/virus scans with different programs but came up with no infections. Decided to try Hijackthis just to make sure it's clean.

AntiVirus
You appear to have AVG7 and AntiVir
First you should know that you're actually doing more harm than good by running more than one Anti Virus program.
When you do this the programs compete for resources, and the end result is none does it's best and can cause system instability.
I recommend that you choose one that you want to keep.
The other/s I would either uninstall, or disable from startup and use as "on demand" for an occasional scan.

Yeah, I only downloaded the extra anti virus programs just to do some scanning. I already uninstalled the extras and kept 1 anti virus program on the PC.

As for the reason I think i have a keylogger, would be because i clicked a link that lead to a keylogger. I think i managed to close the link in time before it did any harm but you can never be too sure. All the spyware and virus I did came up clean though. I just want to be 100% sure you know.

Kaspersky Online Scanner .

Go Here http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner

Read the Requirements and limitations before you click Accept.
Allow the ActiveX download if necessary
Once the database has downloaded, click Next.
Click Scan Settings and change the "Scan using the following antivirus database" from standard to extended and then click OK.
Click on "My Computer" and then put the kettle on!
When the scan has completed, click Save Report As...
Enter a name for the file in the Filename: text box and then click the down arrow to the right of Save as type: and select text file (*.txt)
Click Save - by default the file will be saved to your Desktop, but you can change this if you wish.

Please post the report in your reply.

Oh I forgot to mention kaspersky was one of the programs i downloaded after and updated. I did a scan with that and it came up clean as well.

• Under Scan Now click the Full Scan button
• Follow the prompts to install the Active X if necessary
• Go and make a cup of tea/coffee/beverage of your choice and watch some TV
• When the scan is finished, a report will be generated
• Next to Scan Details click the small Save button and save the report to your desktop.
• Please post the report in your reply.
