The short answer is Yes, go ahead and run them.
Just be aware for the future that TeaTimer may assert its own agenda on things you try to change in the system area. I personally prefer to run Spybot just as an on-demand scanner without TeaTimer. It will co-exist with Winpatrol either way. SpywareBlaster just makes a large number of protective settings in Internet Explorer each time you update, but is not a regular running process.
If you decide to keep CCleaner (good idea):
Reset Options in CCleaner for Regular Use.
Open CCleaner if it's not already running.
- Select Cleaner Settings.
Check Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer, and System so that all items are checked. Then under Internet Explorer, Uncheck "History". In the Advanced section, have a check only on Old PreFetch Data. - Click on the Options block on the left. Select Advanced.
Check Only delete files in Windows Temp folders older than 48 hours. - Set CCleaner to Run When Computer Starts. Click on the Options block on the left, then choose Settings. Check Run Ccleaner when computer starts.
The principal caution on protective programs is to never run two active AntiVirus programs at the same time. One AntiVirus and One Anti-Spyware is OK. Oh, and stay off that P2P downloader.
Hope that answers most questions.
