I hope you are receiving help with the driver problems.

Hi Susan,

I've contacted IBM and they told me that the only way to solve the problem is to reformat my whole laptop. The drivers have been corrupted and there is no other way to solve it.

Therefore, I've reformatted my laptop and now I guess all the virus have been wiped out completely.

Thanks for letting me know what you found out. Yes, you will get rid of that virus. Sometimes format and reinstall is the only answer and many times it is the best answer!

When should I re-format? How should I reinstall?
