grr!!

OK: are you getting errors when you run find qoologic /narrator?

Here's the full instructions for it:
Download FindQoologic-Narrator. Extract(unzip) the files into their own folder. Browse to where you saved them. Double-click the Find-Qoologic2.bat file to run it. A text file will open. Copy and paste the contents of the file into your reply along with a new HijackThis log please.

Note: If you get an error similar to:
autoexec.nt the system file is not suitable for running ms-dos etc etc , or a 16 bit app error etc etc'
Go here and use the approprient fix for your system then run find qoologic again.

Well, let's leave Qoologic alone for a sec. NAIL has creeped back into your system. Please follow these steps:

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet.

Please download Nailfix from here:
http://www.noidea.us/easyfile/file.php? ... 5010747824
Unzip it to the desktop but please do NOT run it yet.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

For additional help in booting into Safe Mode, see the following site:
http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml

Once in Safe Mode, please double-click on Nailfix.bat. Your desktop and icons will disappear and reappear, and a window should open and close very quickly --- this is normal.

Then please run Ewido, and run a full scan. Post the log from the scan here for me.

Then please run HijackThis, click Scan, and check:

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

Close all open windows except for HijackThis and click Fix Checked.

Restart your computer in normal mode

then:
Download and install Agent Ransack a free search tool.
http://www.mythicsoft.com/agentransack/default.aspx

Install the program.

Start the program. Start > Programs > Agent Ransack > Agent Ransack
Check expert user if it is not already checked.

Copy (Ctrl+c)/paste(ctrl+v) the following
(Qoologic|Aspack|narrator)+
into the "Containing Text" field.

Copy the following:
C:\windows;C:\windows\start menu\programs\Startup
into the "Look in" field.

Uncheck the box "Search subfolders"

Click "Start search"

Once the scan is finished please go to "File" (at the top of the screen) and click it. Select "Save results from the menu.
Clipboard is checked by default. Leave it as it is.
At the bottom of the screen under "Information" uncheck "Contents". Now click "Save". This copies it to your clipboard.
Right-click in the reply area below the last log and paste that information into the post. Again do not assume all thats is being found is bad.

Once you post the logs above, please do not reboot, restart/shutdown the computer. Just leave it on. If you restart, the malware recreates, and any information you provide may change, taking us back to square one.

Give me a Agent Ransack log, an Ewido log, and a HJT log.

Hi

Ewido must be updated , heres how
From the main ewido screen, click on update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.
After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful"), Now close the program.
Do NOT run a scan yet.
Later tell us How that went

Was there any problem getting into safe mode ?

Boot into safe mode.

Run Ewido and let it delete anything found.
while it is working do not open any folders ,especialy the windows control panel

Restart back to normal and post a fresh hijackthis log

When you had ran find qoologic before did you see any errors ?
Do you have any questions ?

"EVERY TIME I RUN EWIDO it says error "

Is there an error number ?

Here is the findqoologic instructions again:
Download FindQoologic-Narrator.zip save it to your Desktop.
http://forums.net-integration.net/index ... &id=134981

Extract (unzip) the files inside into their own folder called FindQoologic.
Open the FindQoologic folder. Preferable to your desktop.
Locate and double-click the Find-Qoologic2.bat file to run it.
wait until a text opens, post it in a reply to your thread.

Copy this whole list into the windows clipboard, all the Bolded below.
