No problems now not even slowing down when the PC is left on without any activity. and me having to reboot.
I was have trouble with not being able to write to my CDwriter in order to carry out another full backup.
I will reinstall the HP wriiter software again an see what happens.
Thanks for all you help. I feel that this topic couls be closed. What do you think?
