Hi! :)
I go by wng_z3r0 here. I would be glad to help you with your computer problems.
HijackThis logs take awhile to research. Please be patient with me. I know that you want your problems solved quicky, and I will work hard to help you.

Please observe these rules while we work:
1. If you don't know, stop and ask! Don't keep going on.
2. Please reply to this thread. Do not start a new topic.

If you can do those two things, everything should go smoothly :D

wng

EDIT:
what drive is the d: drive?
Is it a CD drive? if so, you MUST save HijackTHis to the hard drive before continuing

You are running 2 anti virus programs: AVG and EWIDO
Please choose one of them and uninstall the other.

Please download the following programs:
Note: don't run them yet! There is an order we need to follow

CWShredder
Rbot remover

Now, please print these instructions. Then close all programs (especially your internet browser!!)
I am going to provide an optional removal for Download Accelrator Plus. It is considered optional for this reason:
It displays popups even while the program isn't running.

Please use your best judgement in deciding if you want to keep this program on your computer or not. If you decide to keep the program, ignore all references in my fix where I have you remove this program.
NOTE: If this is the paid version, there are no popups
To remove DAP, go to start->control panel->add/remove programs->remove Download Accelerator Plus (DAP)

Please double click on HijackThis
Click on: Open the Misc Tools section
Click Delete an NT service
Paste this into the box:
Sound Service
Hit ok.
Exit HIjackThis

Doubleclick on HijackThis and open it up again.
Then click on the button that says run a system scan
Then place a check next to the following items and click "fix"

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery\Blank.htm
O2 - BHO: AKHelper.HelperBHO - {911C4A8E-0F75-4B83-BEB9-02BDDF29D11E} - C:\Program Files\3B Software\3B Ad Blocker Pro\AKHelper.dll
>>optional>>O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [DownloadAccelerator] C:\PROGRA~1\DAP\DAP.EXE /STARTUP
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [NTSF MICROSOFT SYSTEM] scvhost.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Internet2 Optimizer] wkfix.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [KYK Control Settings] KYSVCXD.EXE
>>optional>>O8 - Extra context menu item: &Download with &DAP - C:\PROGRA~1\DAP\dapextie.htm
>>optional>>O8 - Extra context menu item: Download &all with DAP - C:\PROGRA~1\DAP\dapextie2.htm
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.media-motor.net
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.popuppers.com
O23 - Service: Sound Sservice Driver (Sound Service) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\cfmon.exe

Then run CWshredder and the Rbot tool.

Then,We need to do a search. Start | Search | For Files and Folders.
Expand Search Options, check Advanced Options, check Search system folders, Search hidden files and folders, and Search Subfolders.
Paste this into the Search for files and folders named box:

* KYSVCXD.EXE
* wkfix.exe
* scvhost.exe

If any of these files are found please delete them.

Post a new HJT log when done.

I am really sorry for the delay. I lost track of this topic.

This line needs to go with HijackThis:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery\Blank.htm

post a new log when done.
