I don't know if the problem is cause by an infection, but my computer is really slow and I'm not able to see any video... I have 2 different computers that have the same problem and on one I reinstall windows and every program and I still have the same problem.

Hello Akasha, you haven't posted a full hijackthis log so I can't really tell what's going on

But if your computer is slow then I suggest you check out this thread before you post back
