internet explorer pop ups

hi there
im a novice user please could someone help me please , im getting pop up and the explorer locks up from time to time.
also i have nod antivirus , defender , spybot on my computer

Hi rback, Welcome to MalWare Removal !!

Because some malware is hiding from Hijackthis, I need you to rename HijackThis.exe :
Open Windows Explorer
Navigate to C:\hijackthis\HijackThis.exe
Right click on HijackThis.exe and select Rename
Type in Analyze.exe and hit Enter
Close Windows Explorer
Reboot
Run Analyze.exe and post a fresh HijackThis log here
Make sure to include the top portion of the log as well, it will look like this:
