We need to reset your "Hidden files and folders". System files are hidden for a reason and we don't want to have them openly available and susceptible to accidental deletion.
Open "My Computer".
Click on "Tools" and from the drop down menu select "Folder Options".
Select the "View" tab.
Under the Hidden files and folders heading UNSELECT "Show Hidden files and folders".
CHECK the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option".
Do not bother contacting us if you are not the topic starter. A valid,

If the user name does not match the one in the thread linked, the email will be deleted.
